Provide first-line HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle. Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations, absenteeism and other people-related matters. Advise managers on employment law, company policies and HR processes, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach. Support and coach managers in developing their teams, including talent management, succession planning and career development. THE PROFILE: Minimum 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in an international environment. Strong experience in partnering with managers and stakeholders at different levels of an organization. Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation. Experience in performance management, talent management and organizational development.
