HR СОЮЗHR СОЮЗ в ТГ https://t.me/HRSOYUZ HR СОЮЗ в МАКС HR and HEALTH AND SAFETY #англия £45,000 - £50,000 | Essex We're looking for someone who can confidently manage: - Employee Relations (disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management) - Recruitment and onboarding - HR policy and employment law compliance - Risk assessments and H&S audits - Accident and near-miss reporting - Continuous improvement across HR processes and workplace safety The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a standalone HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, strong employment law knowledge, and experience working within manufacturing, production, logistics or similar operational environments.
