Build the corporate HR function from the ground up. Personally prepare HR policies, procedures and documentation, and standardize practices across the hotels while meeting local requirements. Lead and support the three hotel HR Managers to implement group HR priorities and strengthen HR practices at each property. Drive recruitment for senior positions, including corporate roles, and work with business leaders to identify hiring needs and assess candidates. Shape and strengthen the company culture, translate it into day-to-day people practices, and implement training programmes that support leadership capability and service standards. Key Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in a similar HR Director or VP HR role within hospitality. Experience in senior or executive recruitment, compensation and benefits design, and organizational development within luxury hospitality. Ability to build an HR function and work independently, with a hands-on approach to writing policies, preparing documentation and implementing HR initiatives.
