HR СОЮЗHR СОЮЗ в ТГ https://t.me/HRSOYUZ HR СОЮЗ в МАКС GROUP HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES #азербайджан Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead the Group-wide HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives; • Provide strategic HR leadership across all companies within the Group, ensuring alignment and consistency of HR practices; • Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies, frameworks, and processes, taking into account the specific needs of each business entity; • Partner with Group leadership and company heads on organizational development, workforce strategy, talent management, and other people-related matters; • Lead and develop the Group HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality HR service delivery; Requirements: • 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role; • Strong experience in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations; • Proven leadership and people management capabilities; • Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices; • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. afa.hasanova@ires.az
