Support business leaders in organizational structure, workforce planning, and labor cost management. Leverage HR data and analytical tools to provide practical HR solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. 2. Manage employee relations matters and ensure that HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee separation, and disciplinary actions, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. 3. Monitor changes in Jordanian labor laws and employment regulations, assess their impact on HR operations, and ensure that all HR practices comply with local legal requirements. 4. Coordinate with Group Headquarters to implement HR policies, procedures, and management standards. Adapt and optimize HR practices based on local business needs and regulatory requirements. 5. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Jordan office, regional HR teams, and Group Headquarters to ensure consistent HR management standards and efficient execution of HR initiatives. Job Requirements 1. 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role. 2. Solid understanding of HR operations, workforce planning, HR data analysis, and labor cost management. 3. Familiarity with Jordanian labor laws and local employment practices is preferred. 4. Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. 5.
