This isn't a coordination role - you will be accountable for the health of your areas and expected to bring improvements before someone else spots the gap. What we're looking for: - 4+ years as an HRBP or HR Manager in a tech company - Experience running or supporting performance review and promotion cycles - Comfortable with HR data - dashboards, trends, what numbers actually matter - HRIS experience - Strong English veronika.tolstykh@itrexgroup.com
