REQUIREMENTS • Native Chinese speaker • Experience: 10+ years in sales/marketing management within mining equipment, construction machinery, or building materials. • Language: Chinese (native), Fluent Russian (working language); English is a plus. • Skills: Strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, consultative selling, and LTC (Lead to Cash) process expertise. CONDITIONS • Salary: Open and negotiable (competitive fixed monthly salary with reasonable increases). • Benefits: Full coverage for meals, lodging, and transport while overseas; additional daily allowance.
